Refund policy

Important Notice:

These express warranties are in addition to Australian Consumer Law.

  •  We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
  • A $20 re-shelving fee per item applies
  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense
  • Sale items are not refundable

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase

Inspection and notification clauses

The customer must inspect goods on delivery and notify the supplier of any visible defects within 7 days.

Natural Materials

Our products are made from natural fibres.

Due to standard manufacturing process small differences in colour, texture or appearance, stitching are normal, expected and are not considered faults or defects.

Such variations do not affect the performance, safety or durability or quality of the goods and do not constitute a defect under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Faulty Items

  • If your item has a manufacturing fault, contact us within 3 months of delivery
  • All faults are assessed before approval
  • If a fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for verified manufacturing defects
  • Exchanges are for the same item only, subject to availability
  • No refunds for normal wear and tear
  • No refunds for damage caused after supply

 

Important Note

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the ACL and does not limit or exclude those rights
